Keys are delivered personally by our concierge upon arrival.

The property is located within the Bonita Village Complex with 24 hour security

Playa Las Ballenas is about 7 minutes from the property on foot, crossing the garden of the complex where the common pool is located.

All Jacuzzis have a heater

Our cleaning team does a rigorous daily cleaning of all units and we follow the strictest disinfection controls in all areas of the establishment.

All rentals include electricity and air conditioning in all rooms only in the case of Penthouses there is an additional charge for the use of central air for the living and dining areas of $ 20 dollars per night.

If due to some force majeure reason you cannot make your trip, you have the option of moving the dates to the future within 45 days of your original reservation.

The pool hours are from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm

This has some flexibility for small, trained pets with a security deposit in case of damage.

FAQ's

Pools are not heated only the Jacuzzi.

Out of respect for other guests, the rule is that you can listen to music at decent levels and after 11:00 PM it should be at a level you can have a normal conversation

Each apartment is independent from the others with a private entrance. Shared spaces such as stairs and parking lots green areas are wide so they allow distance.

There are no restaurants within the Bonita Village complex. All are located along Playa Las Ballenas.

We provide complimentary Chef Service for Breakfast
(guests provide the groceries) * only at the Ribera Mar properties

We do not have beach umbrellas. Villa Playa and Villa blu have Chaise Lounge available

All shops, supermarkets, banks, pastries are about 10-12 minutes from the properties.

All units have a washing machine and clothesline.

 

The chef service is complementary for breakfast at Ribera Mar and has a cost of $ 35 dollars for the preparation of lunch or dinner for the group.
